Ebucks for business - absolute garbage - don't waste your time

The Ebucks BS continues. Can't get an ebucks e-voucher on a business account unless the signatory on the business account also has a personal FNB account. What utter BS ! Which idiot came up with this idea ? Private bankers unable to resolve, they will only report on what ebucks tells them. An entire bank full of people and not one person who is capable of resolving something so simple. To add insult to the injury they debited the ebucks account with 50,028 points on 07 December for an e-voucher they have no intention of honoring or even delivering. Points gone into the ether. You can earn ebucks but you can't actually spend them. Amazing job FNB, you have outdone yourselves !

I would have thought that after my previous complaint in December they might pull finger especially with all the impressive sounding sms's talking about "high priority complaint "resolution. Seems their only "high priority" is in not honoring their much vaunted but absolutely useless ebucks.
