Ebucks - FNBy account - Slow lounge visits

You need to be a gymnast to reach level 5 eBucks, because there are so many hoops you have to jump through. I was earning points for a linked FNBy account and then when rules changes, its required to add your child also underneath your family profile. Well good luck to anyone to earn that 1000 points, as the system doesnt allow you to do so.

This has a big impact because I require that 1000 points for a higher reward level!! As I need to access the slow lounge tomorrow, but your App is bot allowing me to do so for months!!

I request for you to backdate my 1000 ebucs points from last year when the rules changed.
