Ebucks / FNB ***********

And here I am yet AGAIN ! Suffering with this beyond useless bank. You people can literally drive a person to tears!! I opened a tax free investment for my daughter who is under 18 years of age and deposit the minimum monthly amount as required. As such I should qualify for 1000 ebucks points for this. I noted that after 2 months I was still not receiving the points so I logged a query with ebucks. I received the below feedback:

The reason why you are not receiving the reward level points for having a linked Savings and Investment account to your profile is because the rule states that it has be for children under the age of 18, as per the linked account, the person (MISS AMANAH ESSOP) is over 18 years old.

Please see below rule:

Have a linked FNB savings account (Savings and investments accounts for

children under 18) with a balance that grows by R200 per month.

Please for the love of god tell me why are you people so ***********?!!? My daughter was born in 2020 and is TWO years old!!! I literally had to provide her birth certificate to open the investment??!!!?! Gosh I have no words anymore for how beyond useless this bank is and more so the so called bankers you chat with who can NEVER help you!

Fix this FNB!! And stop trying to rob your customers of what they qualify for!
