EBUCKS &FNB-- GREAT MARKETING - POOR DELIVERY

I have complained numerous times about this. Once Ebucks and FNB have got you hooked with their brilliant marketing - then you are left as fish food. I convinced my fiance to move all his banking to FNB. Took a will to convince, but he did it. At the time we said we want ebucks and a CC. CC issue was sored a week ago. But the EBUCK section on the check and CC is still not. I have asked for it and that they please put all the ebucks he has earned since starting with FNB - TO DATE - NOTHING - I think because he spends on big amounts, they are afraid to give him what is due to him in one go. SO BE WARNED- the brialliant to get you to bit that hook, but then you sit and wait like a fishing line waiting to be attended to.
