ebucks fees
fnb is saying when you have a gold cheque account or gold credit card your card are linked to the ebucks points which is fine but they say its for free which is a lie because i am being charged a fee. i have complained several times last year when they introduced this ebucks thing and they resolved the issue. i have noticed that on the 3rd of December they started to charge me again the fee and when i complained through the email they told me the fee is taken and the credited back after 7 days which is a lie because they have not credited it back and when i ask them why was it taken from the first place that could not be answered. please assist me in resolving this issue.

my reference no is 839780
