Ebucks Farce!

I opened an ebucks business account because of their good rewards program. I swipe my cheque card alot for fuel and other purchases and used to earn +- 12000 ebucks per month. They have recently changed their policies wrt ebucks and capped everything at a ridiculously low amount! I am now only able to earn max 2750 ebucks per month! They advertise crazy amounts like 15% back on purchases but then never tell you that they cap the amount on a ridiculously small amount! <br> Also - I opened Smart accounts for all my staff a few years back as FNB were offering R1000 FREE funeral cover when you opened a Smart Account. One of my staff died the other day and his wife went to claim the amount promised to him. Only for them to tell her they cancelled the cover! <br> So FNB make all these promises only to break them... ***** and *******!<br>
