eBucks False advertising and FNB horrific customer service

I received my April statement and saw that I earned 0 rewards for filling up with Diesel at Engen. According to eBucks for every 4 rand spent you will earn eBucks. After investigation I have found that for a few months they do not acknowledge the amounts that is spent at Engen, Checkers as well as online purchases. I contacted them and after they "investigated" I was told that I do not earn eBucks with "in-shop" purchases at Engen. Thus, they see you as sitting in your car and swiping for Diesel as "in-shop" purchases. Interesting. Thus, it is actually false advertising. I wonder how many people are doing their "in-shop" purchases from their car seats for example. Your system does not work and I feel your customer service is actually non existing. I had a query about online and in-store shopping at Checkers - that also did not get answered. And for the purchases at Engen - I have proof that I did purchase Diesel - Really who would spend over R900 at an Engen shop. REALLY!!!

Good Day,
May I ask how long does it take for FNB to complete an investigation - it has now been a week since my complaint.
