eBucks FALSE ADVERTISING

According to FNB's website, as well as their ebucks assistant, you qualify to move up a reward level or in my case stay on a reward level if you increase your savings account by R250 each month. I have been doing this for the past couple of months without a problem, and now all of a sudden they tell me my savings account, which clearly shows as my savings account is not a valid account to qualify.

This is an absolute joke, and false advertising! FNB needs to update their website if they want to say that some savings accounts do not qualify.

Not sure why it has changed now all of a sudden!

This has still not been rectified. I was told they would get back to me last week, and am still waiting.

As per usual with FNB, this was escalated, but they do not have a solution to my problem, and shift blame on to other departments. FNB you need to rectify your eBucks site, and send your branches and online staff on training. All I can say is false advertising and no solutions to problems!
