eBUCKS failing miserably!

For the second month in a row (September the same happened, I also complained, one of the consultants told me that it would be resolved and it wasn't) you have not given me my ebucks reward points for growing one of my FNB investments accounts with a minimum of R1250.

On both occasions it can be clearly seen in my account statement(in this case my 32Day investment account I am growing by at least R1250 per month). For the month of September I made 2 contributions on the 02/09/2019 of R1001.00 and R250.00 respectively, totaling an amount of R1251.00. The old reference number for this issue Query *** (this reference was twofold, the one issue for double fuel ebucks reward was resolved, but the september growing of investment was never resolved)

In October, I once again made 2 separate contributions. On the 1st of October I contributed R1001.00 and on the 3rd of October R250.00 was added. Total = R1251.00

FNB eBUCKS not rewarding my with these points is the reason between me staying on level 4 and not reaching level 5, losing out on almost 5000 additional ebucks per month (although the level will only have been reached n October)

What bothers me the most is that I have to every month put up this fight to get these issues resolved. For an automated rewarding system, eBucks is failing hard. It really is frustrating, especially given the fact that every month I make sure that I do everything that is required to stay at the top of the reward level.

I am seriously considering moving entirely over to a different bank so that I do not have to deal with FNB on a monthly basis to get rewards which I am entitled to.

This is plainly bad from FNB. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.

It has now been 6 days since FNB's reply the a complaint has been logged on my behalf. I have not received any type of feedback or any form of communication.

Last Thursday I took it upon myself to call the relevant department (ebucks) to get feedback. I was told that the senior management team whom it was with, will call me or give me feedback before end of business day on Friday. Needless to say there was none.

So what's next? Cause I am willing to go out of my way to return the 'favour' for FNB. May some kind of blog or Media house to spread the word of FNB's lack lustre performance and inability to resolve problems? I think that would be a good second step.
