eBucks Fail

I have been on eBucks level 5 for a while now. This morning, I log on to find that my eBucks level is now a 3. My spending hasnt changed, so I call FNB to find out why. It seems, that with their changes in fees, I no longer qualify for Level 5, so they bump me down 2 levels. ***? Why should I suffer because you change your fee structure? Thats definitely not in the interest of the customer! I have been called a few times asking if I would like to accept Private Client status, but because of this, there is no way. How can you jusify cutting me short when you cange your fee structure? Not fair, and really bad practice FNB. eXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
