Ebucks error with virtual card!!!!!!!

I am so unhappy with the service from FNB!!!!!!! I have went to fill up this morning at engen on diesel and tried to use my virtual card to do the payment 5 times and it kept saying invalid pin. Thereafter going on the FNB app I entered the pin that reflects on my app and still the same issue. I then updated the pin on the app and still the same issue over and over again!!!!! I have lost out on a huge amount of ebucks for a technical issue which is not right at all! I have used the virtual card on 27-08-2022 and there was no issues. R2.60 per litre of diesel and filled up R1600 and yet the client is unable to use the services due to the technical issue. I have all the slips of the errors and thereafter paid with my FNB card which went through with no problems. I request for the Ebucks due to me to be added to my account and reimburse for the inconvenience that has been caused!
