eBucks *****

I worked very hard to get my eBucks to level 5. However, was denied a Kauai voucher because all payments needed to be made from the credit card. I had 1 payment from my debit card which was for my rates, I used EasyPay for the first time and it came out my debit card. In that month I made 2 payments for my rates, one using EFT and another to try out EasyPay to meet my eBucks requirements. Although I paid the same account for rates, the EFT payment was fine but EasyPay was not. This does not make sense at all. I contacted the call center to resolve and the team lead was supposed to call me back, as this is definitely an error on their system, but they did not and I dont have the time to run after them for customer service. I rather use another loyalty program.
