This reward applies once a quarter in addition to your normal earn of up to R4 per litre every month for fuel purchases at Engen. The qualifying requirements that need to be met for each month of the quarter are: 1. Have an active Vehicle Finance Agreement with WesBank, Toyota Financial Services and/or Volkswagen Financial Services. 2. Have your vehicle loaded on nav>> Car. 3.Have 100% of your fuel spend at Engen fuel stations. If you buy fuel from any other retailer using your FNB Fusion Gold Card, FNB Gold Credit Card and/or FNB Gold Cheque Card, you will not be eligible to earn the Double Up on Fuel reward.

I've met all 3 of the requirements above and have diligently ONLY filled fuel at Engen Filling Stations to maximize on the double up reward. The rules above also only mention that your FUEL Spend should be at an Engen and nothing is mentioned about purchases at the kiosks.

My eBucks statement for July 2019 showed a Non-Engen Fuel spend of R26-00, I called the eBucks customer care to in August to clarify that this amount was for drinks and they logged my query, however when following up towards the end of September(as it is the end of the 1st quarter) I was told that the partner manager is still investigating the query.

Realistically R 26-00 will not even give you 2 litres of fuel nor would anyone swipe for R26-00 fuel in a hurry. Based on my history it will be seen that I've ONLY filled fuel at Engen to earn the double up reward and I would not have sacrificed that for R26-00.

It is now time to allocate the Double up rewards as advertised, yet eBucks is delayed with this query and can't provide any updates regarding this, except that the partner manager is still investigating it which has been over a month. Is this a ploy to not reward us the eBucks as advertised and promised?
