Ebucks dololo for 8 years now

Ebucks is just a ****. I have been using my FNB aspire account for more than 8 years now. I have not been credited/getting ebucks, I have made several inquiries to different branches till today nothing. I was told I must use my card to ebucks partners, I fill my petrol at Engen garage every week I spend more than 2 thousand Rands on petrol a month but I'm told I still don't qualify. I keep on getting messages that I would have saved this amount if would used my ebucks. They told me to add my car on my garage using the FNB app I did that nothing. Like everyone I have talked to at FNB is of no assistance to my situation.
