eBucks does not track correctly 3 months now!

I've complained about ebucks not tracking my stats correctly but nothing gets done about it. The best I got was a reply stating that they post updated my reward level to what it should be. However they did not pay the cash rewards I should have gotten from the correct reward level not being in place. This is now the third month in a row that you have not tracked my income payment, leaving me 2000 points down. This is the difference between reaching level 4 & 5, benefiting from discounts, and missing vouchers which I use, losing flight discounts and access to lounges. The month I need these facilities, and you've left me at 20%

With your recent changes your value proposition is diminishing. It's one thing to change your rules, its another not to implement them correctly.
