eBucks demands I use FNB Pay, but it doesn't work after so-called upgrading USELESS!!!

FNB Pay - You demand we use it to make payment to get eBuck points, but when I try and use it it wants so-call "upgrade" each time I try and use it. I have notified my so-called Premier banker and got told to call a number, I tried that number several times and each time I either don't get through or I hold on forever, do you have so many problems that so many clients are calling, but you keep getting voted most innovative, absolutle nonsense.

Today I retried your stupid FNB Pay, it asked for NFC to be enabled and I can see your logo under one of the options, yet it still has not registered. I getting sick of complaining about your app that you demand we use.
