eBucks Delivery Communication is VERY poor

I am very disappointed and extremely frustrated with my experience with the eBuck shop, I purchased a Playstation 4 with the amazing price that eBuck has, track order said it would be delivered on the 11 June...it is now the 17th and no update from the delivery team, no sms or email. eBucks team, this was a lot of money ( to me anyway), I would appreciate an update on why delivery is taking so long or why someone has not contacted me... NOT COOL.
