Ebucks Deilvery 6 days turnaround promised but 15 Days and waiting

I placed an order with EBUCKS on the 15th of November. I followed up on the order on the 22nd of November. I was advised that there was not anything they could do I had to wait for 6 working days to lapse first. I called on the 23rd of November to escalate the matter> I received a reference and I was advised that the matter would be adressed and resolved. I got no feedback, no deilivery, no follow up just nothing and subsequently I followed up on the 25th of November. Once again I was advised that the matter would be escaled and resolved. Which never happened. My subsequent follow up on the 28th of Novemebr was also fruitless. Clearly nobody at EBUCKS was attempting to have this matter resolved or even investigate and provide some form, any form of customer feedback. All comminication was one sided from me to EBUCKS and it was as good as talking to a wall. The service is a joke and I received the same comment from the 23rd to the 29th of November. Nobody 5 consultants and a supervisor could assist in resolving this matter. So much for a six working day delivery. We are heading for day sixteen ?
