EBucks deals not working

FNB could you please change the ebucks offer to eat at Wimpy One Stop and get a meal free to any Wimpy. This is the second time I’ve tried to make use of this deal in Bloemfontein. The excuse today is they are offline and can’t do it. The offer feels useless when one of the only Wimpys where you can redeem it always has an issue and refuses to help you. They blame the bank as having the issue. Very disappointing
