Ebucks
New ebucks double up on fuel is a failure. I qualified for the double up in July and August and not in September. After I filled up at the same garages every time from July to September. The reason was that I didn't use an Engen. After phoning the ebucks call centre, the guy said that he could see that I filled up at an Engen according to the maps. However, I suspect that FNB does not want to pay the double up on ebucks to customers. Next time you change the rules, please stick to it.
