Ebucks contact number update

I’ve been sent from pillar to post just to update my contacts so that I can receive an OTP when transacting on eBucks. A waste of my time to have spoken to 5 people putting me through to different departments with no help. It’s been 2 weeks of asking for this help. FNB is a wonderful bank and offers great service but this right here is a let down- not happy at all.
