Two weeks ago called went to Fnb branch, no one knows how the guard me app is working in the branch, they called ebucks, the ebucks person can’t help, said I must send him a screenshot. I called in again and he said on Tuesday he is going to call back….*********** as usual don’t call back , I’m paying the subscription but Fnb don’t know how the app is working….
