Ebucks consistently not being awarded.

Since Last year September I have been not earning fuel ebucks. My profile consistently shows Zero spend at Engen despite spending R2*** per month on fuel.

I managed to sort this out with ebucks and for 3 months things improved but since April it has happened again and I have now close to R10 000 fuel spend that is not being recognised. I spent ages on the ebucks help line and was told to send in my slips and wait 3-5 days for feedback. This was on Monday 16 May. I have received zero feedback and it’s now a month later, again. This was for April fuel spends only. May I am recorded as Zero spend (I spent about R4500) and June also zero (so far I have spent R1500)- only at Engen every single time.

Am I the only person who literally has to fight every month for ebucks to be added? It feels Hopeless
