Ebucks - Cheating their clients

I have been a loyal FNB client for many years and have been making use of their Ebucks product. This month I picked up an issue with the points awarded on my fuel spend where a transaction for fuel was not rewarded and I contacted their call centre. After discussions with the manager (Israel) , I was advised that they can see that I did spend the money at the garage but I still need to provide proof by means of a receipt. I advised him that this transaction is firstly over one month old and secondly no one keeps those fuel transaction slips. He was adamant that then nothing can be done as they would not do anything further. What kind of cheating is this??? They can see the transaction yet they are looking for ways not to credit their clients. It is very sad that a bank of FNB's statue in the market have resorted to such cheating tactics. They look for any reason not to credit their clients and in actuality want to frustrate us so that we rather ignore the request like we are forced to do with some many organisations in our country. Customer service means nothing to such organisations.
