eBucks Changes Make FNB Less Worth It

’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing changes to the eBucks rewards program — particularly the new rules expected to take effect on 1 November. These changes are making it increasingly difficult, if not unreasonable, to reach a meaningful reward level.

What was once a great incentive to bank with FNB is quickly turning into a frustrating experience. The added complexity and shifting goalposts feel less like a rewards program and more like a punishment for loyal customers.

Combined with consistently poor service, these changes are forcing many of us to question whether staying with FNB is still worth it. The benefits no longer justify the effort or the deteriorating customer support.

If FNB continues down this path, you risk losing the very customers who supported and promoted your brand for years.
