eBucks changes impacting reward levels...

Every month I'm doing everything to stay on level 5, today I see I am on level 4, The whole of July FNB were "updating" the eBucks changes and I could not see progress on the FNB app. Now I'm getting less than half of my usual eBucks because I was 500 points short to reach level 5...bacause FNB cant impliment the changes and get the app working at the same time, why do you disable the tracking progress functionallyty to impliment the changes? Its not rocket science!!! I'm very disappointed! The only reason I am still banking with FNB is for the eBucks rewards...
