Ebucks Cannot Be Used at ENGEN

What a terrible experience tonight.

I go to fuel up at Engen Stapleton in Pinetown, Durban, I try to use my Ebucks to pay for the fuel but it keeps declining with an error; ‘MERCHANT NOT ON FILE’. We tried 3 times at the fuel pumps and then 3 times in the Convenience Store with no joy! I was so embarrassed, the attendants asked me if I have enough Ebucks, which I do!

I ended up paying cash, I am really upset.

I want to be refunded in full and fnb can take the Ebucks from my Ebucks account as that is what supposed to have been the case. There is no point in earning Ebucks if we cannot spend it!

I expect a full refund in my account within 24 hours!
