eBucks Cancels Black Friday Orders

Placed an order (LG Fridge) on the eBucks site on black Friday. Order was accepted and paid for, and this week I get an sms saying it is cancelled due to lack of stock.

This is pretty poor as there were many other retailers had fridge on sale, and I specifically passed up on those to buy it off your site. I wonder how many people they are doing this to.

The least you could have done was find me a similar model as a replacement. I will be logging this complaint formally with the consumer commission. Lets see what happens.
