Ebucks calculation - October 2023

I believe there was an error with my eBucks level calculation during October 2023, as with the criteria of smart budgets, my net worth and my credit status, I have interacted with all 3 of those functions during October 2023, although your calculation indicates only 1 of them have been fulfilled. Furthermore, my virtual card in store spend shows as 79%. Can you please provide me with the supporting calculation for this, as I can not recall using my physical card recently, only resorting to using the virtual card in order to meet the requirements. Could you kindly advise hereon, as these criteriums have withheld me from reaching level 5 for the 4th month in a row now. Thank you very much!
