Ebucks calculated incorrectly

Dear FNB Team,

I am writing to report an error in my eBucks calculation for this month. Specifically, the 2000 points I should have earned for depositing funds into my cheque account were not included. As a result, my rewards level was incorrectly assessed as Level 2 instead of Level 3.

This appears to be a technical glitch following the recent updates to the eBucks rewards program rules. Unfortunately, the same problem is reflected in the estimate for next month's rewards.

I would appreciate your assistance in investigating and rectifying this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side.
