eBucks calc not pulling through transactions

I have trying to get through to the ebucks contact center on numerous occasions now without success. You are kept on hold for hours at a time until it hangs up on you. Is there anyone working there? My transactions aren't pulling through on the calculation as a result I have dropped levels back to 1. Will someone fix this please.
