eBucks
eBucks business, what are you guys doing?
I have 6 debit orders (7 in fact if you include the credit card debit order popping up when I view my debit orders), yet i don't get my level for that. How hard can it be?
I tried calling the call center, nobody home...
Also, I am using a business credit card, but for some reason never getting double ebucks.
The only reason I am still using FNB, is because of eBucks, because gosh I have had so many issues with FNB as well.
So if I lose my eBucks, you are definitely losing a customer.
Fix your systems!!!!!!!

22 Nov 2023, 15:52The eBucks rules clearly states: "Have at least 6 debit orders" - which I do have so great, awesome stuff, etc, etc.
eBucks interprets the rule as follows: "Have at least 6 debit orders GO OFF DURING THE MONTH"
So when my service provider took the debit order a day earlier due to month-end falling on a weekend, the debit order was counted towards the previous month - meaning I only had 5 debit orders going off in the current month (then I technically had 7 debit orders in the previous month) and thus me losing R400 / R500 of eBucks because I lost a eBucks level.
After speaking to eBucks, they refused to do anything to help me or to give me the benefit of the doubt. The Consultant was nice enough, can't really blame her.
Finally, I am leaving the review on 1/5 stars because their rules are not clear.
