Ebucks blocked

I just got off the phone when my airtime got finished while holding for FNB consultant to check my FNB ebucks reward account which is blocked Lord knows for what reason. Terrible service I got honestly. Am tired of FNB. They didn't even have the decency to phone me back at all. Still today I have not receieved feedback regarding the ***** case I opened in February already.

My ebucks account is blocked for no apent reason when I had u clocked my card to use it again. I can't use my ebucks rewards as it says it's been blocked. I want to use my rewards and I can't what the hell? Is this going to be the same case as the ***** case that I have not receieved any feedback regarding it when I need my ebucks to be active so I can use it? Am I going to be given a run around as well?
