Ebucks - beware!

Playing games with ebucks. I transact on 31 Aug. The vendor banks in Sept. The transaction doesn't qualify for ebucks for Aug. Fnb claims it is in the t&c. Fnb claim they cannot control when vendor deposits the transaction. Well, the same goes for me. End result - lost out on approx 3200 ebucks. Bunch of ******.
