eBucks benefits are a bit of a hoax

I've come to the conclusion that FNB's eBucks benefits are a bit of a hoax. Get 15% off something... aah.. but there is a limit that makes it pretty meaningless. And get to level 5 easier (lie). Get there if you can decipher the overly complicated rules with more if statements than makes any sense. Get 40% off something, up to another low limit and where there are rules that can't be found anywhere except when querying with my equally unhelpful private banker who gets back to me 3-5 days later. It used to be great... but not any more... All of this for increasing and higher bank charges and interest rates that are lower than some of the newer banks.
