EBUCKS / AVIS POINT TO POINT - DONT HONOUR BENEFITS

I tried to book a trip home with my available point more than 24 hours in advance however AVIS cannot accommodate my pick up time at 21h00. What ******* is this. I pay FNB alot of money every month for my bank account and their partners cannot offer the service to which i am supposed to be benefiting from. I have now had to pay a shuttle service R 500.00 for a trip which i should not be paying for at all. This is totally unacceptable and i would like to know what FNB is going to do about this. I am considering whether or not to remain a client of theirs. The whole draw card to FNB was EBUCKS and the "so called' benefits of being with them.

All i have seen over the years is that its harder and harder to earn ebucks so is it really all worth it??? Perhaps not worth the R 400 odd rand i pay every month.
