Ebucks as not delivered order since 29 Nov 2024

I had placed an order with one of the FNB Ebucks partner stores. The order was placed and paid for on the 29th of November 2024. The delivery day on the FNB app says that the order will be delivered on 10 December 2024. I have contacted FNB/Ebucks regarding the order, and none of the consultants are able to assist in providing feedback on the order. The partner store is Hirsch, who also are not able to provide any feedback on the order. Now I am wondering if I will get my order before Christmas.
