eBucks April rewards calculation dispute

Re: eBucks rewards... both my Engen and Clicks calculation is in my opinion incorrect.

I spent over R2k on the 29th of April (the month of the double points) and the it doesn't reflect in April's rewards earn calc, so because YOUR eBucks partner did NOT register the purchase you exclude it, seriously WTH?

for Engen, there 2 purchases, only 1 I earned on, whats going on!?
