Ebucks and wesbank

Ebucks stopped all of a sudden, due to Covid relief on WesBank account from last year, agreement made twice with WesBank consultants that covid relief will be paid at end of term, all of a sudden ebucks stopped when I reached reward level 5 and can't get hold of WesBank because of technical problems on their side, I want my ebucks to be reinstated asap and not lose my reward level 5. And sort out this WesBank issue.
