Ebucks and the shifting goalposts

I have been with FNB over the last few years, always staying on reqard level 5 with their ebucks, but over the last few years, FNB is making it increasingly difficult to do so. Seriously, every year the goalposts shift. This year I have to basically make use of all the bank's services and have certain overdraft levels etc to qualify. Damn FNB, seriously, stop shifting the goalposts every year. Think its time to start looking for another rewards program.

Good Day

Seriously FNB, why log a complaint? You are not going to make a set of earn rules for each customer. Rather just look at the future and stop shifting the goalposts like this. It used to be fairly easy to figure out where you are. Your reward level rules used to be half a page. Now it is nearly 3 pages. And there are earn rules on earn rules.
If you do monthly contributuions of X to your tax free savings you get 500 points. But if you change it to an annual contribution, you get double. You know how difficult it is to change it to an annual contribution? It has to comply with the tax year. It can be done only in March, as this year you have already contributed.
Then you get things like this:
Allow FNB to communicate with you by giving them consent to market to you
AND
Choose to receive all your statements via email only
AND
Update your contact details at least once in a 12-month period via FNB Online Banking
That used to be 3 seperate things, now it is combined. And updating your contact details when there is no tick box for something that has changed? What do you want me to do, get two email adresses and alternate between them every 12 months?
And this one:
Have an Overdraft Facility on your FNB Private Wealth Cheque Account or a Credit Facility on your FNB Fusion Private Wealth Account of at least R40 000
AND
Use at least R1 000 of your Overdraft or Credit Facility per month
AND
Make sure that you have a balance greater than R0 in your FNB Private Wealth Cheque Account or FNB Fusion Private Wealth Account at some point during the month
Come doggy doggy, jump through these hoops, then run over this ramp and crawl through the tunnel. Goood dog. Good dog, here's a biscuit.
I have a freggin monthly checklist now. Have you made 4 transfers, check. Is your overdraft Y. Have you used this. Did you update your details.
I'm done playing. If you want me to use your products, make it easier. Stop making me jump though 30 hoops every month.

Hmm, yeah, exactly like I said. Logging a complaint and getting my manager to call me and explain to me the obvious that a) it affects all customers and b) it is good for you because it makes customers behave the way you like does not solve the problem. It is anoying and making customers jump through hoops does not win you any party favours.
Although you get well trained and obedient customers, it is not winning you any friends or make your customers happy. Eventually they are going to become annoyed and leave.
Simplify the system and stop adding additional requirements every year.
