EBucks **** and no customer service

eBucks is a ****. Unhelpful staff. Query not resolved. Staff close queries and do not follow instructions. Other staff members just provide no assistance and tell you to contact another department because the cannot assist. It is surprising because I was told to contact secure chat for help but Secure chat could not help. Is it a lack of training or no sense of customer service. Poor service. It is very disappointing. I rated the poor service and no one contacted me. It is clear FNB does believe in customer service and definitely does not value their clients.
