eBucks and Loan closure

I settled my loan account on 10 October 2024, yet the account remains open and is negatively affecting my eBucks rewards status. I have spent over couple of days on calls, emails and chats with no resolution and have been transferred repeatedly without assistance. Loan is sending me eBuck and back to loans as well I need a resolution with rerads to this as settlement leter was sent to me last month but my issue remain unresoved, I was last assisted by this rude agent Mammelo from ebucks till today I am still awaiting feedback.

I dont owe FNB even a cent.
