Ebucks and Clicks robbing me!

Clicks and Ebucks had a 30% back promo in April. I bought items twice in april as clicks didnt deliver my first online parcel, First parcel 21 April R2466. Clicks never ONCE contacted me about the missing items but did eventually refund me in May. Then I went instore in April and made a virtual card payment there instead to get promo R2130 on 28 April. Anyway, Ebucks deducted R336 from my monthly amount this month because of that, yet i made purchases in april and may. I would like my R336 back!
