EBUCKS ****

EBUCKS VOUCHER/SUPERBALIST I got a notification on my Banking App that i have been rewarded with a SHOE VOUCHER which i redeemed as per instruction on the banking APP but the voucher was never loaded on the Superbalist wallet or under VOUCHERS on the FNB Banking app and i started enquring about it via secure chat on the banking app no luck and i callled EBUKS call centre which asked for screenshots that i sent i was told they escalating i was never given feedback only now i am being told it has expired

and is the second time this happens last year same thing as well am starting to think is a **** i hope to get my vouchers as i never used them and never allocated to me
