Ebucks account locked despite paid up temporary loan

I am logging a complaint to get a resolution on my ebucks profile. I am extremely disappointed at the poor level of support that I have received from the FNB ebucks team. My ebucks earnings were stopped because my FNB temporary loan account fell into arrears. I have since completely paid up the outstanding balance and sent proof to FNB. All my accounts are back in good standing, but despite numerous attempts to remove the system flag, it’s almost been 12 months now. I am still blocked from earning ebucks. This is extremely disappointing service from FNB!
