eBucks

I have raised 2 concerns but I see only one had been addressed. This is for ebucks, I am currently not earning ebucks and I had raised this issue but I was told that it was due to a temporary loan which I paid off in February, still I am earning ebucks. While I have a loan that’s in debt review, your own definition of “Account in good standing” excludes debt review proceedings, so why am I not earning ebucks?
