The new ebucks system sucks!

I Spent 550 at angen then the ebucks agent tells me it doesnt count as they captured it as an in-store purchase, how is that my fault or do scan-to-pay purchases not count when purchasing fuel?

Previously I would earn Ebucks just for having a funeral policy and life cover with FNB now we need to jump a thousand hoops to earn it seems the new way to earn is for the important wealthy fnb customers, I did not earn any ebucks this month even though I made a Checkers sixty 60 purchase.

Im closing my account and moving to a bank that rewards poor people like me as clearly FNB ain't for the broke, I personally moved to FNB for the service and Ebucks and since I no longer Qualify for ebucks there is no point for me to stay.
