eBUCKS!

On friday 18/08/17, i made a purchase @ Makro for about R1800, when i got to the till i realised i had left me CC @ home and only had my Cheque card on me, completed the purchase with the cheque card and called FNB Ebucks shortly after to confirm that i do earn eBUCKS on my cheque card as i had a bad feeling about it, i was told by the consultant that i dont earn on my cheque card if i shop @ Makro only on my credit card, i then called Makro to ask them too switch the purchase to my credit card so that i can earn and the Makro consultant said no you should be earning points on youre cheque card, a few months back i clearly remember upgrading my cards so that i earn the same ebucks on both, why has this changed now?, and if the policy has changed, why hasn't the monthly fnb charges dropped, as FNB makes more money off a client who purchases of there credit card
