Ebucks

I don't know what it will take/ what I need to do for FNB to resolve my ebucks issue! I logged a complain about a month ago! I was given a ref number *** and told I would be assisted within 5 days! Yet here I am a month later my problem has still not been resolved!! Extremely terrible service!!!
