I opened a cheque account and was told to wait for my ebucks card via post,so i have beem swiping trying to get points,when i called the ebucks call centre to ask how many points i have ,i was told that i am not activated on the service so i need to be reimbursed for all that i should have been getting all this time as their consultant gave me false information. I am really angry because i have called and no one has helped me
